I decided not to move to a bigger shop this year after trying hard to raise funds and negotiate with landlords without success the first half of this year. It’s too much stress and I realize that I deserve a break. Yesterday my team rearranged and reorganized the shop and now it feels bigger and more spacious! I feel good about my decision to take my time growing my business and that I prefer to work with a small group of people. By not having to work so hard to pay a bigger overhead, we get take time to rest and actually develop our strategies/creativity/products at a natural pace.
